Jean Paul Gaultier couture 2013

There are so many beautiful haute couture collections this season that I don't know with which to start. Zuhair Murad and Elie Saab stunned me again, Chanel impressed, and Dior and Valentino did not let me down.

But I want to start with the Jean Paul Gaultier couture collection. His point of view never convinced me. His collection balanced with the kitsch for too long. This time we can observe a turning point in his career, I think.

The main theme for the couture were Indian Gypsies. This time he denied a cartoonish images which alwas infridge his collection. This collection is a signal of his newest haute couture. Long gowns are not strange and odd, they are simply elegant. He combained with each other themes that are supposed to not to fit.

He refers to his greatest hits (which Madonna adores), like trench, cone bra, corsetry or smoking.

For me the collection is really good, and the idea of the enormous dress as the last piece of art is a mastership whit the hidden kids underneath.

All in all, couture is about craftsmanship and beauty and his collection improves it definitely.

Defeat your weakness with Alexander McQueen!

This photo reminds me of how I am struggling with the exams. The dress of course is Alexander McQueen's from spring/summer 2013. Really beautiful photo, but also scary. An overwhelming black sky is falling apart. Straight away onto the models head. The same is with being overscheduled and having too many things to do. You have clear thoughts in mind, as the light colour of the dress, but foggy and misty atmosphere of the photo is stronger...

I don't like January. First of all, because the Christmas is finished, secondly because the exams are starting, and the third and the most important is that it is so cold outside! The only thing that I want to do then is sleeping, reading books or watching TV series. I can find only one thing which is good in January - the sales :)

This is one of my favourite campaign for spring/summer 2013. I love such romantic and feminine images, full of fowers, pastel colours and etherical climate. 

I really miss summer! Don't you?

Cherry blossom field with blue sky brings an image of barefeeted blond goddess walking through gorgeous romantic scenery... Ahhh... Spring! Summer! Please come back quickly...!!!

The British model has today her 39 birthday. (It is unbeliveable how models look good near 40, e.g. Naomi, Claudia, Helena...)

But for me, with every year she looks better. She has only 1.68 m, but how much she achieved!

We still will want her photos, more and more.  

Cara Delevingne models for Reserved!

Beautiful Cara Delevingne models to new lookbook for Reserved. A British fashion model at her 21st. is one of the most wanted (from the youngest) models nowadays. Reserved pictured her in three categories:

1. Black&White (which I like the most),

2. Lux Sport (totally different view of Cara),

3. Boudoir Grunge (she looks perfect in such style).

What do you think about the collection and Cara?

Golden Globes 2013

Jessica Alba in Oscar de la Renta dress (peach-coloured dress underlined her beautiful colour of skin, an orange-coral lips only makes whole look better, as well as wavy hair), really good!

I really like Rosie Huntington-Whitely in Saint Laurent but her make-up is horrible, if you look on the pictures where we can see only her face, you will observe an orange spots. Despite it, hair is beautiful.

 Amanda Seyfried in Givenchy as always looks natural, I cannot notice any flaw. 

 Amy Adams in Marchesa. For me, just good.

 Anne Hathaway in Chanel, simple, simple and simple! And that makes it great outfit!

Emily Blunt in Michael Kors. I really like this dress, and I have to admit that Emily also has a great body to look perfect in that dress. High five ;)

Orange was the leitmotive of this Golden Globes. Jennifer Lawrence in Dior Alta Costura looks very mature and beautiful.

Very elegant, and beautiful burgundy colour of Zac Posen dress. Naomi Watts looks amazing!

The next example of beautiful dress of Carolina Herrera, but something is wrong... Lucy Liu is nice and beautiful, but I don't know what, is that hair? Make-up? Or my impression that she does not have legs, the dress is too long?

 What this all celebrities have with legs? I know that they have so much trainings and sacrifices, and so on, but hello?! I have enough ;) Heidi Klum in whatever... Who knows? :)

 Isla Fisher in Reem Acra. One of my favourite! The dress is stunning.

Jennifer Garner in Vivienne Westwood. Also very nice, elegant and I love the burgundy colour with the gold accesories!

 Really beautiful dress of Monique Lhuilier, but Julianne Hough seems like wearing something punk,... Maybe this haircut is inappropriate.

 Two words: strange and odd. Marion Cotillard in Dior.

 Do you remember Jenny Packham Rapunzel? This is the dress! But not in purple, and it is definitely not Rapunzel. Kristen Bell looks just bad, has she neck?

The same with Nicole Richie. Dress beautiful, but her make-up... Naeem Khan did his best.

Megan Fox in Dolce & Gabbana. After birth of her first child she looks amazing! Beeing a mum is in her favour!

 Finally someone in green, my emerald green! Shaun Robinson in Pamella Roland. Her hair could have been tight up, not loose.

 Sofia Vergara, as always... AMAZING!

Zoe Deschanel in Oscar de la Renta. The third orange dress. Nice, but pearls - cliche. A peacock-coloured necklece would be much, much better.

The 70th Golden Globe Awards honoring the best film and television of 2012, was broadcast live from the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California on January 13, 2013, by NBC.

Yesterday it was a fashion show, but I am disappointed. Many dresses was too simple, some inappropriate for the occasion and I can list only a few that really made a fuss. The thing is that it is not only about the dress, but how you compare this dress with hair, make-up and your silhouette.
